International Cooperation
Many companies get their resources and move manufacturing to countries that have less environmental policies and regulations. This practice is economically efficient but it creates a significant amount of pollution, habitat destruction, resource depletion, and human safety issues in production. The problem with allowing part of industry being environmentally insecure is that it creates uninhabitable spaces for not only humans but also all flora and fauna. Due to the earth's regulation systems this also means that the problems we create overseas also makes it way over to other countries and our own.
International cooperation and own accountability of the companies needs to properly implemented in order to help curb our impacts.
Through education and sustainability programs we can support the local communities overseas and help sustain our own environments. If we want to use other countries that have little policy implementation for our resources and facilities we need to employ our own standards. Providing programs in sustainability and education with respect to culture in places that have less awareness can create a more sustainable approach that will improve living conditions for not only oversea communities as well as our own.
